Terms and conditions governing IT engineering and digital solutions provided by AI Build Infra.

All IT consulting, web development, mobile application engineering, and ERPNext deployment engagements with AI Build Infra are executed in accordance with documented project scopes, milestone deliverables, and mutually agreed timelines.
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, full ownership and intellectual property rights of custom-built source code, assets, and documentation are transferred to the client, excluding third-party open-source libraries (e.g. Next.js, Frappe, Linux) which remain governed by their respective licenses.
Clients agree to provide necessary assets, domain access, API keys, and timely feedback required to ensure milestone completion. AI Build Infra is not liable for project delays resulting from unfulfilled third-party access dependencies.
We provide a standard 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes and unexpected defects for delivered code. Extended maintenance, server monitoring, and feature iteration agreements are available under ongoing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Inquiries regarding service contracts can be addressed to info@aibuildinfra.com.
